I moved to West Virginia from Virginia in 2004 and love it here! There's no way I'm moving back. I have had take evasive action more than once because of dip $..ts screwing with their phones...
I love the anti texting ban and don't have a problem with wearing a seat belt.

The point system is brutal though..

Im all for a texting ban, but wearing a seatbelt should be a choice. If people want to risk their lives, without affecting my life/others' lives, then so be it. We need more of those tards off the planet anyways. Lol

West Virginia = the easiest state to speed in. Hands down. 99% of the time it's C/O a ****ty cobra will save you. I did recently see a WV state trooper shooting a ProLaser3 on I-68. Surprising.
