Okay, so I have this long trip to Florida (from Montreal) and I already own a Bel 966st (ya ya ya, I know it's ancient). I don't have much to spend so what do I buy?

Option 1:
Get the blinder with my Bell 966st

Option2:
Buy the Veil with my Bell 966st

Option3:
Buy Blinder and Veil ....ummm forget option 3!! too $$$ for my taste.

I'm leaning on option 2 for now..

Question 2:
Anyone know of any sites that post the speeding rates for various states (NY, NJ, SC, NC, VA, FL, Delaware)?
