Default The Ultimate Radar Detector Case!!!

Found this walking around Fry's Electronics, wondered if itd fit my V1, bought it and sure enough, it does, perfectly.

It's waterproof, crush proof, and dust proof. Made of extremely high quality plastic, making it the ultimate case to protect your baby, lol. Thought some of you others would be interested too. You can find these on their website also at www.pelican.com. The one I bought was the 1040, check dimensions to see if itd fit your specific toy =)

edit: the inside is lined with rubber on the bottom and the top lid has a nice quality foam lining, the ones with a clear lid do not however.

the latch is also heavy duty

    That's cool.

But I wont need it unless I'm crawling through the jungle.. no wait.. rainforest, and have a vehicle waiting there.

I just leave mine in the car.

Nice find, may have to pick one of these up when I get started in school again, I am not getting my car broken into period. Radar comes in, headunit comes in and anyhting else I may need to bring with me.

white, is there room in there for the cig lighter adapter? Looks like it would be good to have for trips where I'd be renting a car someplace.

Well, my X50 case didn't last long. Shortly after I got it, it got lost somewhere in the back of my car. Weeks later, I found it and it was kinnda cut up, and the lid was kinnda crooked. It still closes though. I don't use the case anyways
