Somone that stands out and is obviously speeding. All i care about with my rabit is that they are a good distance ahead of me and are likely to clocked by radar if they pass a LEO.
yea just make sure they are a reasonable distance ahead of u so most likely will not get u
If the "Wabbit" is a flashy car, that doesn't hurt either. Something with shiny wheels and dark tint, maybe thumping the bass too. LEO really hates that.
Anyone who passes me becomes a rabbit for at least as long as I can see them.
Unfortunately, it's usually some idiot darting in and out of traffic, cutting people off the whole time.
Agreed, most rabbits in PA are punk kids weaving allover the place. They make for great diversions though.Originally Posted by BulletTooth

Something red or yellow, and driving faster than me.
Someone who stays in the left lane, thereby attracting the LEO's attention.
Someone who has a visible radar detector and thinks it's a license to speed.
On the thruway my favorite rabbits are:
(A Guide to picking your rabbit):
Car type:
-Red/Yellow/Black
-Sporty or a hoopty
-Out of state plates!
-Well equipped car (RD, CB)
Driver:
-Young
-Male
-Cell phone talker (illegal in NYS, so the 5-0 often tends to go after them for speeding and celly talkage).
Other Characteristics:
-Speeding (obviously)
-EZ-Pass holder (shows they OFTEN travel the thruway).
-Changes lanes w/out signals (again LEO's tend to target them if they see this)
-Numerous occupants (more eyes looking for LEO's in their car = brake lights).
-College stickers
-Someone who appears to have cruise control.
I really wish LEOs gave a crap about that around here. I don't think there has been a single ticket issued for that in this state in the past decade.Originally Posted by AirMoore
