He does anyone know if the Stinger DSI would work well over hear? Apparently it gets insane range... They don't sell them in America but does anyone have one? How would it do on something like qt or io?

Stinger DSI covers just those frequencies used in certain countries of Europe not the entire Ka wideband used in the US.It specializes in K Band and 34.3 Ka radar units that are horizontally polarized. The DSI uses a patch antenna with recommended mounting that would orient it for horizontally polarized signals.

Excellent answer! This is the only reason the DSI outperforms more popular detectors like the Belscorts and Valentine against the photo radars used in Europe.
