need some antenna and mount help for a hatch back

i want to have a nice well performing cb set up in my car for info while on long drives.
i have a cobra remote mount 75 st wx. i went out and bought a radio shack glass mount antenna. im not sure if i want to install it or just get something better.
i want something that will not move around at high speed and something that will be a water tight mount. but i dont want to drill holes or make it so i cant remove it to sell the car.
the car is a 2008 VW R32(same body as the GTI and rabbit)
is there a mount that i can use to attach to the rear hatch just above the inside tail light?
i should try and figure something out and not use the window mount right?....
i know its a touchy subject here about window mounts
i read the FAQ and they have helped me understand what to ask and look for so i can get ask questions that will help

yeah something like that would work perfect....you can also use that on a harazontal part of the hatch and still point up right?

Not the particular model I'm using, but if you search around for NMO lip mounts you'll might be able to find one with the range of motoin for what you need.

I've got an MKV GTI and went with a Little Wil magnetic mount antenna. It works great and I can put it up only when I need it - it's nice not having to have an antenna up all the time.

I just use some quick detail spray on the roof and wipe the antenna base before mounting it up to minimize the risk of scratches.

Yes run from the useless window mount.
Firestik has a lip mount.

still cant find something that will work with my hatch.
needs to be able to mount to a horz part of the hatch and point up. so it makes a 180*
