    Default iPhone Car Mounts

I'm trying to find out what you guys use for iPhone mounts when using Trapster, GPS, etc. Also - whether or not you use a case with said mount. I need to get some kind of mount inside my vehicle and don't know where to begin - there is an awful lot of crap out there.

    Thanks!

Do you want one of the charger&mounts, or just a cheap mount?

The one I use is a (fairly) Universal (not-charging) mount and it can be seen in this video decently enough:

(At 2:35-2:55 you get an excellent full-view of it.)

It can hold phones, GPS, Cameras (Though it does tend to shake fairly vigorously over bumps if the bend-able arm is not resting against the car dash/pillar) etc... it comes with a couple different clips etc... the head/mount can also rotate too.

It was like $15-$20 as I remember... holds strong for my applications. Good purchase in my book.

But I'm guessing with an I-phone you want something a little 'sharper' aka: Better.

Will it hold an iphone in a case? One thing I don't want to have to do is pop it in/out.

That looks perfect for what I need. Where did you get it? Manufacturer?

    Thanks!

This is the kind of mount i use for my iphone. It could even hold my hand held scanners if need be. Its easy to use easy to set up. I like it bc i could use it for my work trucks.

I got it at my local best buy. I tried to look for it on the website but I cant seem to find it. Its made by Rocketfish.

Thanks - this looks pretty good and will hold whatever. I like the length of the arm that AirMoore has but I worry about vibration. That RocketFish sure is the right price though at ~20. Thanks!

I think so... seems to me like it would be big enough. I held my Iphone Clone in its case... but mine is much slimmer than a true Iphone.

I got it at Wally World (Scosche) for $15-$20, (I think 17 and change if I remember correctly).

Depending on how the arm is... it does in-fact shake a bit (as you can angle it in any way you want... its bendable.) but I tend to use it where it is, and it rests upon the dash (where I put the curve in the arm)... and as-such it remains steady.

I like the proclipusa solutions. You could go to their website and check out the mounts they have for your vehicle.
