Well, There are many different things:

If v1 in default:

It will have much better filtering on X, and I also believe it slightly affects K if I remember correctly.. Neither will have any affect on Ka.

If you have v1 in K automute enabled:

The first 4 lights will not show or sound, it will wait until #5 is hit before it goes off and than it will go off at full volume.

The main difference between the two modes is that in Logic mode, "filtered" signals will still be reported at the muted volume and on the display, while in Advanced Logic these will not be reported at all.

Either mode does not "reduce" sensativity at all in any band--it just adjust the ways it reports the signal to you....
