Because it has been over 30 days and/or they are simply waiting for 3.862 for the correction.
Also the first time you return is fine but the second time there is a restocking fee.

Yeah, i believe it did, although i thought there were still occasional reports of others still having problems.
it definitely didn't fix my "ghosting "issue though.

i saw an X50 cause a V1 to "J" out a real threat before. it was Outruns V1, but i don't remember what rev it was.

for this x issue, my guess is that there are "multiple" factors involved, just like other issues that couldn't be duplicated at first.

some have reported x falses from a cell phone with detectors before, so maybe it could be certain car electronics, along with nearby sources, etc.., which would explain why in a "sterile" environment they can't duplicate it, since the lab is designed to block out other possible interference.
