Bought a V1 3.813!!!

FINALLY i was able to pick one of these bad boys after weeks of looking. Why you ask because this is the last NON POP V1 made. GOL will test to see what performance effects if any POP implementation has had on the V1. 3.813 was the last firmware before POOP came into play. I can not wait to test it out! I also have 3.858 and 3.851. I will be offloading one of them in a few months because I do not need 3 V1's

Must be nice to have that problem. :roll: :twisted: Looks like HappyA$$ can sell one on ebay and almost get enough money for a LI when they come out in April! $350 out of $400. I would do that any day...:wink:

IMO you may have the best V1 ever made.(3.826 w/ POP off may be slightly better, but it's close)

No but are you going to purchase a LI when the come out to test with the money you get for you V1? Also i would like someone to purchase a unit under a different name other than GOL to see if the can actually get a retail version. :idea: Personally i think LI,AL,LPP all know the GOL Member's names and might be more inclined to send them better units.

What´s more impressive with 3.858 versus 3.826? KA? I am using 3.826 and I am not 100% if I am impressed with it´s KA sensitivity.

I'm just guessing here, but I bet there won't be much of a difference between the 3.813 unit and others. I don't think there will be any more difference then say the difference between 2 of the newer V1's.

Any difference is probably manufacturer variance... Even VR said there is no performance difference and it isn't worth it to "upgrade".

I wish GOL would have a V1 different versions shootout. :wink:
