    Default Directional Arrow Question

Okay, so here I buy a used Valentine 1.7. I'm really excited and I go out and try it today. I pick up signals, aka weak ones. It beeps and has a 1 on it. The direrctional arrows are not lighting up. Shouldn't they be lighting up even if the signal is weak? Thanks

Yes, they should light up even if the signal is weak.

Yes, I called Valentine and they can fix it for 45.00. So, I still come out a little ahead. Although for 60.00 more I could have had a brand new one. Live and learn, I guess. Dang it!

Oh and I'm a girl does that make me a "chip" LOL

Well, there are still honest people in this world. I contacted the person who sold it to me. They sent me 45.00 to cover the cost of the repair. I thought it was very nice of them. They honestly didn't know it wasn't working.

I mailed it out 15 minutes ago. Wonder how long it will take to get fixed.

Wow, definately impressive on the sellers part to hook you up on the difference.

I too contemplated buying a used one,, but figured better off buying new, especially when it comes down to like you said, $45...

    Git'r fixed and enjoy it!
