LOL! What other country are you in?

The only benefit to low mounting is quick access in case you have to quickly turn it off or take it down when getting stopped by the police. There are no other benefits. All other advantages go to high mounting.

Mounting it high and hardwiring the unit should be your first order of operation with a V1.

Depending on the car, it's very hard to see the unit from the side unless one knows really where to look, and that's an advantage.

The other advantage is mounting high gets better radio reception, and radar waves are radio (microwave) waves.

How many times has this question been answered? Search is your friend. I even went so far as to ask how high is high. I could mount mine on the dash and be higher than most cars. The 9500CI is one of the most sensitive RD on the market and it mounts in the grill. High is better for more reasons than just range. Stealth is a good thing when mounting. LEO's and thieves like to see your RD.

You can mount Mid windshield as well. By doing this you get the best of mounting it high for radar, and low for laser. All the ways of mounting that have been discussed, will work though.
