3.872 Q/T I/O settings please.

Title says it all, Help! I have read on here before I owned a V1 and now after an hour of searching and coming up with "keywords" not found in the search, someone with experience help me, please! What are the best settings for picking up Q/T I/O especially 34.7 and 35.5? Thanks in advance.
