I Attempted to wire it to the sun roof..
-- I didn't have enough slack on the wire to get the t-taps on.

I attempted to wire it to the fuse box.
-- I found out that my car has low profile mini fuses and i was unable to find a Fuse tap that would work with these..

Soo... Against some recommendations.. I ended up pulling out my center console [a little bit] and wiring to the back of the Cigarette Lighter. I used a multi meter to find the negative and positive wires and then used 14 gauge t-taps to wire v1 hard wire kit.

It works like a charm and there are no wires showing at all.

-- I was taking photos the whole time to document the installation, but after I had to go with plan D, i was soo annoyed at the whole process that i forgot to continue taking photos. I just have photos to when i got the wire to the fuse box.
