3.816 going in for upgrade

Had to send the unit in. Wasn't getting any X or K band signals. Only Ka and Laser. Not like its a bad thing but had to goto a meet and had to cut through NJ. Fellow friend had a V1 and was getting all the signals. Even tested it with his K band radar gun. Signal was terrible.

We'll see what the upgrade has in store. Just sent it out today. How long till I get it back? 2 weeks?

Cool, are you upgrading to the lastest and greatest? It took about two weeks before mines came back.

i sent mine in a month ago for a tune up... it took 2 weeks to get it back but that was bc i paid with a check... if you send them money or ur credit card # it takes a few days no longer than a week

i sent mine in a month ago for a tune up... it took 2 weeks to get it back but that was bc i paid with a check... if you send them money or ur credit card # it takes a few days no longer than a week

Upgrading it. It costs $152 to upgrade to the latest and greatest. Plus I told them in a letter that K and X were not being picked up.

I was having the same problem with mine (3.813) it was dead on Ka and K I held it in front of a speed sign that was Ka about 5 feet from it and nothing.... just got it a tune up (could never upgrade that version) and it works like brand new now... well anyway good luck with it
