    Sorry for the rant....it's just bad customer service.
    I only asked why you wanted new lenses because I have a V1 and wondering if the lenses are something that should be replaced as they age.

    You can fight with them or do without it for a few days and just send it in. You probably would have it back by now if you did this in the first place. I understand its frustrating and doesn't make sense why they won't send you lenses but sometimes its better to not fight with them and just do what you need to do. It'll still work out in the end.

    The way they work can be frustrating, but we put up with it because their product is just that damned good. I agree its silly. If you only need to turn a screwdriver with a torx, it should not require you to spend money on shipping and lose the unit for a week or more. However, who knows what their logic is on this one. Perhaps there is something we don't all know.
