Default Got out of another ticket today, that makes 5 in a row!

I'm not too sure what I'm actually doing but I just play nice and sorry for not paying attention.

My V1 didn't alert me because he wasn't using radar or anything other than I passed him doing about 73-ish in a 60.

Perhaps it is your police uniform?

Eh, I pass them regularly at +3 PSL, if they are at the PSL or slower. sometimes +4 PSL. Never been pulled over in this situation in twenty + years of driving for doing this at these numbers.

Most have a certain +PSL tolerance and so its def safer to slowly crawl past them. My Ex was pulled over for passing a cop at around +10PSL and got away with a warning.

What I think it is that your not allowing the Leo(s) a 100 percent solid tracking record of you, thus lessens the odds of paying out on a ticket. It increases the odds of just getting a warning of some type. He had no electronic record which helps a lot, maybe a nice day for him thus a nice Leo, your nice to him, bingo- just a warning! Your working all of the good points on how not to get a ticket! Way to go!

In my ride along with the state troopers I learned that LEO's will intentionally drive at or slightly below the limit with the understanding that the typical flow of traffic will pass them. They use that opportunity to run tags. Interestingly, the CSP has a guideline to only do this for a couple miles on the highway because they recognize it will congest traffic.

Well if the LEO is going UNDER the posted limit, I will pass them.
