Just got my old girl back fron V1 repair

I've had this V1 for over 15 years and the old girl went crazy a couple weeks ago. Its started seeing bogeys everywhere so I sent her in to V1. I was pleaseantly surprised to recieve a phone call telling me that they got it and that it would take a week or so. I then got a call to confirm my address and I asked how much it was and they said no charge.

You don't see companies providing this level of service anymore.

They won't fix it they will just send you a new one no doubt. 15 years and you haven't had it updated? FREE! ??? Boy, I should give that a try !

NO, I've had it updated throughout the years but she went crazy and they repaired it at no charge.

Valentine will update hardware revs if sent in, not the software version. I've had mods and repairs done free also.....
