i dont know how all these relates to crank or wheel hp or what not... i dont know all those stuff
i hear that the 2.0T is under rated to make the 3.6 look like its worth the premium price
also i heard chipping the 2.0T really increases its power

Good numbers, and now you have a baseline!
APR (with dealer lockout!) or GIAC would both substantially increase your power. There is a British company with a flasher that totally re-writes the ECU when you use it, so you could potentially get that and reflash if you ever needed unrelated engine service under warranty.

i dont want to void the warranty though, wouldnt the dealer find out if i messed with the ECU?

Those are most certainly crank HP #s, as those are considerably higher than a WRX's wheel HP #s.
Yes, chips make a big difference with the power output of the turbo VWs, because the chip controls the boost level. If you would like to do that but don't want the dealer to find out I would reccomend a second ECU that way you can easily return it to stock just by plugging the other one back in.

Yes.
No, not if you use a complete flasher. The british versions rewrite the entire ECU eprom and reset the flash count, they are undetectable.
The GIAC and APR chips both have stock modes, and APR has a lockout feature, but I've been speculating with some others about how effective it is since VW has raw access to the ECU and its memory/registers. If they wanted to find out, they could pretty easily, thus a full-flasher is your best bet.
