Identity of hand held radar/laser

I have seen the most commonly used hand held laser/radar in my area has 2x lenses on top of each other and it also appears to have something which looks like a rifle scope on toip of it. It also has a skeleton rifle type butt stock on it. What is this hand held radar/lazer gun? What is it like?

Thanks for the replys. It looks like the LTI ,either the compact or the Marksman. I will have a look tomorrow. It is about 20 minutes into town so I should get to see a few of them being used, I will haver a closer look.
