Doors: Yes. If they couldn't, you wouldn't get all of your falsing.
Cameras: Are you talking about photo radar or what???
Photo radar is typically Ka so Yes.
X and K band are both shared with other "services", you'll find all kinds of motion sensors operaring on X and K.

X and K are basically not changable. You might see slightly different freqs for these, but that is acceptable:
10.500 - 10.550 GHz (X band)
24.050 - 24.250 GHz (K band)
On Ka, the Stalker ATR can be "retuned" for different frequencies within the Ka Band. There is also some speculation about a Stalker ATR model that can "frequency hop", and supposably use a different frequenct every time it transmits (Within the Ka Band).
