This is total BS if you ask me. First off the city he got pulled over in is #1 in tickets over warning ratio. This can be varified by the AJ.'s we website.

No where do I see the Missouri Statue say that you can't flash your lights. However it does say you have to dim them within 500' of someone infront of you and 300' if you are behind a vehicle.

So where the hell are they pulling this out of their truck at?

Heres the story..

My questions are:

If the driver got pulled over for flashing his lights to warn other drivers of a speed trap, how would the police officer know it was for this reason #1 and #2 how would they see it, if he had to pass the speed trap to warn other drivers.

Also how would he know it was a speed trap?

How do the officers know it was within the 500'/300' range?

No where in the MO statue does it prohibit warning another motorist.

I'M so sick of police twisting laws to trap people.
