GHZ questions

Ok recently instead of Pro mode, I have been using spec mode.

But today I realized. I DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE IN THE GHZ.

Can someone give me a run down on which K frequencies are false, and which are real threats.
Like I know, just from where I am, if it is real or not, but never look at it close enough to remember the numbers once I get excited if it's a cop.. or mute it when I know it's false.

Both K-Band police radar and K-Band motion sensors could be anywhere between 24.050-24.250. So, there is no way to tell for certain if it is a false or actual police radar based on the frequency.

Some police radar units could display the same freq in spec mode, but anything the detector alerts to is potentially police radar. If there was a way to tell a false based on the frequency, they wouldn't make the detectors alert to the falses in the first place.

On one of our trips to MD,i asked my wife to write down on a notepad every k-band freq. we came upon,since PA has k -band drones all throughout the entire state with the leo's embedded between the drones.Needless to say,out of about 25 freqs only 4 where actual leo's.What i try to do if it's a usual route i travel is to just remember the falses in a particular area.I've been explaining everything i do and why i do it to my wife,and she's catching on real quick.Even she notices when we get a signal in a normally quiet area :D .

No I can tell you in a hearbeat if it's false or not. Because I know my area and others very well. I just want to know if I pick up a false at a usual place, but what happens if it's a LEO shooting a stalker at me from a walgreens, if it could be able to tell me the difference.

That my friend is a tough one,unless you know for sure what false freq you get from the Walgreens,and on that particular day the freq is different.That should throw up a flag.

See I have only seen it once or twice, that's what I was wondering. So they need to be allowed to run it from private property?
Becuse the other day where I sometimes get a K false, I noticed it ramping more then usual and sure enough he was over sitting in front of a jewlery store.
