I just bought the 9930....super sweet lcd screen and speaker output jack!!!

now, is it junk? the tests show for a crabra it did well. I will be testing this baby myself..I was lord by the intellimute fuction. I want a cheap unit on the dash so I dont care if someone rips it. saving the V1 for trips

If you mean it beat the STi detecting 33.8Ghz Ka, then yes. But beat it overall...no not even close. And it was the Cobra XRS 9830 not the 9930. I can't speak about the performance of your model.

Cobras still suck dude. If you're dumb enough to use one when you own a V1 then you are just that...........DUMB......lol

you own a Valentine 1................ and you bought a Cobra to use as a daily............ so you spent extra money on top of the already expensive valentine to buy an inferior unit that you have no need for........... yeah, WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i mean if youre not happy with the V1 by all means send it to me......... ill be more than happy to use it all day long



but on a side note I can see this and interpret it in 2 ways:

1) you feel the V1 is a POS that should stay locked up in the shed and dont wanna drive with it ever unless you have to................ YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!

2) the V1 is the weekend pleasure trip type deal, like the Ferrari sitting in the garage while you drive the little civic every day
