Ka Band on Jersey Turnpike

Anyone else notice random readings of Ka bands on the NJ Turnpike?

I've only gotten a Ka alert once (not including crapras) on the nj tp. I was traveling with the leo and then around mm 52/53, the leo turned onto an overpass. I've seen leos there before, but never any alerts. This is around mm 53.

Also, do you have POP on? Were you able to verify your alerts to a leo? if not, do you think your random Ka alerts are the result of inferior detectors?

i do have pop on
and the leos around the area are now more rapidly using laser
i doubt it would be other radar detectors due to the consistency (i drive the turnpike from exit 4 all the way to 18 once or twice a week) and the results are always the same, random Ka band. Also, the state police were using x band before laser

i have seen ka used on the exit to bordentown off the nj turnpike bordentown police use stalker duel ka ..but i havent seen nj state police use ka

disable pop and they will stop. i drive in nj every day and i experienced this. good luck
