Cobra 9700 vs. Escort Passport 8500 X50

ok which, in ur opinion, is better.... i don't rly know how each of them work... so... thats one thing... the other thing is that i might be getting my sister's 325i (which has no compass) so i'd have 2 get the cobra, or if i get my Acura TL (which has the std. navi w/ compass thing) then i'll get the escort... but other than that, i have no deciding votes/choices... plz opinionate urselves...

and read the topic's before you go buy a detector.
But to answer you question. You need a new headline
It should say " Worst Radar detector company vs.
the world's best. " DON'T BUY THE COBRA you will
waste $175. It looks like you have two nice rides
they derserve and good radar detector and so do you.
So go with the Escort for $300, you won't regret it.

:lol:. exactly. you dont want to be in a TL or 325i and have a crapra stuck to the windshield. either the X50, V1, or RX65. and like Navy said, you wont regret it.
