Well I've been lurking on this board for quite some time and have put off purchasing a blinder. I just always had something more important to do with my cash. Ussually something associated wtih HP upgrades. :)

Anyway I got popped on New Years day and there is no doubt that the cost of the ticket will be more than the cost of the Blinder so tomorrow mornign I order one.

My question is can I use the mounting location that I have outlined in the attached photo. It seems pretty low but there really is no where else to put it that I can see.

Will it still be effective this low to the ground.

Good spot, but I would move them about 3 inches closer to where the plate would be. You have a large flat front, if he aims center mass, he may get a reading. Are you going to be getting any VEIL to help out the blinder?

thanks for the guidance, I wasnt planning on the Veil from what I have been seeing it seems that the blinder would get the job done with out the veil.

Do you agreee?

NO! You definitely need some veil. The veil has helped drastically reduce the punch through levels at close and far distances. You might even think about a laser shield if you have a front plate.
