Most of the Troopers in CNY (specifically the Auburn area and Auburn Barricks) use the Stalker ATR 34.7 Ka gun. Just there if anyone would like to know.

Campus Security at my college use those too... only difference between them and the Troopers, is the security does not know how to use the instant on feature... what a waste. :lol: 8)
In CNY where I live, I never see any Troopers. Local cops hate them and keep them far, far away... ;-)
Maybe over break I'll drive a few miles out and see what they're using.

I was going to say I have a State Troopers Barricks right beyond the outskirts of the city(Auburn)... Troopers are always going through there (the city)(they often stop to talk to Local PD...no joke). I saw one today (an NYST) with someone pulled over today right in the city. (Since they of course have juristiction everywhere within the State).
The campus police around here use K-band... but the oddest thing is, you CANNOT get more then a couple hundred feet detection on the unit... I have used everything (Top 3) all the way to the one of the first Passport Escorts-which has amazing k-band detection- ... still nothing good. :?
Yeah those NYST's and their instant-on Ka: Something you really don't look forward to.
