and here we go again with the BS money grab a week before a holiday and days after.....
They are funded by a federal traffic safety grant distributed through the Illinois Department of Transportation's Division of Traffic Safety.with the federal government broke as they are they still have money to help states generate revenue. so we the tax payers are paying for the Police to tax us even more, lovely.
