Is POP _really_ a problem there or just a feature in detectors to compete with????

I know that there are radars using POP mode but with this visual tracking history -thing is it realy relevant??

Well there is case law requiring it, however how many people whom have received citations, have used it as a defense???

Actually I mean that using radar in POP mode is not very common. As far as I'm concerned, for emp. here in FInland there is 0 POP radars. And won't be any for awhile.
