The BEL RX-65 cannot be set up to sweep only these frequencies. The only "narrow" option available on the RX-65 is "USA Mode", where it sweeps only 33.8, 34.7, and 35.5 GHz.

Set it to international mode Ka...Your best bet though is to purchase the BEL 975r or BEL 550
