Vintage Bel Vector

Hey everyone, I just picked up this Bel Vector Micro Eye today and I'm wondering if anyone knows any specs?? Like year and bands it detects

I've attached some pictures to help the hunt.

X and K band detection only. Introduced around 1985.

Just wait til you see my Whistler Spectrum 3se

I just got this Bel to add to my little collection I'm not 100% sure if its both X and K band tho since it picks up X easily but totally quiet to those K band doors.

I've owned a few BELs of that vintage. As you have seen, X band is very good. K band not nearly as good as a newer 985. It falses like crazy from other RDs, worse than any modern RD. Plus it leaks like crazy.

I wonder how much BEL would give you for a trade-in allowance for that?
That is a mid 80s RD BTW.

I've got the later model of that detector, which is identical, but has square LEDs that stick out from the case, instead of being behind the face. I bought it on 1987, and it served me well for years.
