i have a beltronics rx65 and when i turn it on it turns on normally then it will freeze in whatever mode it was on and wont even let me turn it off from there, i have to unplug it for it to turn off, what should i try before sending it in?

Try doing a firmware reset first, if that fails I would send it in. How old is it?

how do i do a firm ware reset? its around 2 years old now.
