Don't be sorry, I don't know either what BT connection (for an RD) is, and I'm in no way new to this unique "hobby"!

Guessing that BT = Bluetooth. Typicall used to wirelessly connect the audio from your cell phone to the earpiece.

So I'm guessing you mount the Radar antenna assembly and don't have to run wires back into the car. The display in the car will wirelessly connect with the antenna assembly. Again, just my guess based on the comments here. I have no direct knowledge of the upcoming Belscort products. If true, lets see how $5 in additional eletronics is marketed.

I hope I'm not nitpicking,but...STi stands for Stealth Technology Incorporated.Old Bel STi's with VG-2 scan & shut off function have had this printed on the case.

Still on this planet, took a 14-month brake from... ordinary/personal reasons... plus another 120K kms using my STI in pretty much all environments, ticket-free!
