I might run this setup. If I do, the only band I will have turned on on the STI-R is Ka. I would also run the STi-R with RDR off and block out the Ka frequencies I don't need. And of course have the STi-R in spec display to see the frequency.

I've been running the v1 with the sti-r for a couple weeks now (mabey a month). After the last I/O test were the sti-r alerted to all QT I decided to pull the v1 down for a while. Interestingly the Sti-r even gain more sensitivity and better filtering. I picked up a Tennessee trooper 34.7 on a QT by a distance over two hills that literally blew my mind on the sensitivity.
I want to see if others had tried this. The v1 seems to hurt the Sti-r which was already beating the V1 all over the place anyway. Now it seems that the Sti-r is the best detector I've ever seen by FAR. I've never seen the range on detection I got the other day.
