    If you want to make it "stealthy" just gut a GPS and put the STi-R+ components in that case.

    I have a fish eye lens on my camera so the unit isnt that big but getting all that stuff into a alum box took some planning. I do like remote speaker on the cigarette lighter adapter. I never liked the rd alert(s) chirping at ear level. Having a remote speaker on the cigarette lighter adapter is so much easier on the ears. I like to tinker around so this is fun for me ~ perhaps Bel/Escort will see there are lots of people like myself who DONT want a remote unit but a wind shield mount rd only.
