Bel Pro 300 - No Threat Display Mode!

I see that the new Pro300 is now available and was going to order one. However, as I read thru the unit specs, I see that it doesn't have the Threat Display Mode, which I use all the time, in my older RX65. Nice going Beltronics. I guess not including it must save them about 25 cents in software programming. Hope it just a misprint. But for now, I may ante up a little more and go with a V1.

LOL...check facts out before making a claim that the pro300 has no threat display..IT DOES HAVE THREAT display and am using it right now driving around town..it doesnt have ku band...everything else is same as rx65. except the pro300 is crazy sensitive on I/O ka bands and k band compared to my rx65 i traded in. i thought the rx65 rocked only to 30 days later traded in my new rx65 for the pro300(free since the pro300 came out less than a month of owning the rx65).
i always use highway mode but the pro300 is so sensitive i use autoscan in city and swith to highway once out of city. ka band is crazy sick picking up at least 1/2 mile detection range from the rx65.
the ramp ups are also better than the rx65. especially in threat mode where i get the k band constant from drones, and moto cop was using his ka band gun hiding behind or next to the drone and my pro300 sniffed out his i/o ka shots along showing the k band drone of course. the range is outstanding on this pro300.
only bad thing i was hoping would be corrected is laser falsing driving in sunny florida sets off my rx65/pro300 also all the time with falsing. im very happy i was able to buy a m27 blinder laser jamming for my car in june, 2012 and it only goes off when hit with laser...i had the zr4 shifter and that also is prone to falsing alot too. so i just turned my laser off on the pro300 as constant laser falsing on a sunny day. other than that which since i got jammers i dont need the laser warning from the radar unit...besides if your getting tagged or alerted to laser and you dont have a jammer then you got a ticket...period.
other than that...this is by far such a major improvement with sensitivity on all bands compared to the rx65 which really surprised me and not raising the cost keeping the pro300 under 300.
also FYI the pro300 doesnt come with the nice travel zipper case...but dont worry, once opened theres a quick reference card and all you have to do is fill out the warranty/registration of product on bel website and then they will send you the zipper case/. i got my rd unit 2 weeks ago, and got the zipper case 1 week later.
the pro300 is much quicker also...im thinking not having to sweep ku band made this a much faster detector than the rx65, plus shutting x band off, pop off, tsr off, ka usa, laser off(have jammers...sick of constant falsing from the sun...if you dont have jammers, youll just have to live with it falsing alot. any other details i left out, just ask and will return with an answer. hope this helps out.

Well I think his point was that the Beltronics website didn't list it. Good to hear that it does have it.

oh...gotcha..my bad. bel also misprinted the k band on the pro300 box saying+-0mhz at 24.150. typo though as there is still +-100mhz on k band.
