Default Thinking about painting my car.

I am thinking about painting my car. My friend goes to auto body school and I can get a great deal on getting my car painted. I am thinking about getting it painted either black or British Racing Green. I drive a 94 Integra (4 little round headlights). Does anyone have any other suggestions on a darker color, that looks good on these cars?

I was leaning towards black, but there are a lot of black tegs around. But the green is a bit more $$$.

    (A) Black is stealthier.
    (B) Do not put British Racing Green on an Integra.

i think you should give it a vibrant red. Or call me crazy but it might even be able to pull off a sunfire yellow. or black, i see more black ones then anything else though so if its between black or green i would say green just because its different.

Or use the money to swap it to a GS-R... those are quick cars.

Thinking about stealth I would think the green and the black would be pretty much the same. BRG is pretty friggen dark, from what I have seen. I would like to stay away from the brighter colors, I think it draws to much attention. Even though my friends dad(LEO) says that it really doesnt, I feel like red and yellow scream "pull me over". Plus there is a forrest green teg at school that looks amazing, get some dark gold volk wheels with the green and that is pure secks.

The Type-R yellow I think is the color you are thinking about. I like that color on cars that are not mine, I just dont think I could handle looking at a vibrant yellow every day.

As for power, I may have an in on a turbo kit. I work next to a car tuning place, and have been talking to them about kits for my car. They said I could run a small turbo at 10psi on stock internals, with a good tune. Turbo comes later, possibly next year if that is what I want to do with the thing. But coming up a another stupid midwest winter, more power will have to wait till I have dry roads, or a winter beater. God I hate the winter here.

GSR's have about 25hp more and 1lbft torque more than my LS. Displacement on my Ls is 1834cc and the GSR is smaller at 1797cc, but of course have the V-tec. 0-60 is .4 second quicker in the GSR than the LS and quarter mile the GSR is quicker by half a second. If I was going to do an engine swap I would probably go with a newer motor, as arashi said in another post the K20 is a good swap.

man if you boost that thing you wont regret it. Im only at 6 psi right now and after i get my return fuel setup and new Bfgoodrich G-Force tires im going to up it to 10.

But yea a integra weighs nothing so boosting it would be awsome. I know someone that has a 98 or 99 gs-r thats boosted. he kind of (^(^) his kit up but its still fast.

I voted for the green. Black is an awsome color on the G3 tegs, but you dont see many green ones around, especially if the BRG is the same dark color Im thinking of, it would look amazing.

If I was to ever change from white to something else on my GSR, it would be green.

And yall are right, boost on an integra is fun as hell. Mine will be boosted as soon as the funds are available.

    Is your car red??

If so I would just get it painted the same color. There is alot of labor into a color change I doubt they will give you a great deal on that.

Also I am all for a deal but if they cant paint whats the point I would ask to see there work.
