So you want to be a LEO to give everyone citations for speeding? Nice...after you have been using a detector and other tactics trying to avoid them and now you're going to "bag" people. Just because someone has countermeasures, and wants to become an LEO doesn't make them a hypocrite.

If anything, having such electronics, and radios in your car is emulating the technologies in a squad car.

I know a friend who is a leo and a V1 user and he only gets people for speeding if they are going 25+ over the limit. He mainly cites for things like weaving through traffic, running lights, and pulling out in front of people. He says he writes many tickets just based on those violations alone. Hopefully this guy will be the same way.

Obviously not, we just torture cobra users who pollute our radar detectors with false signals and don't detect radar.

Sorry but regardless of how fast he "bags" people are traveling over the PSL(I travel at 30mph to 40mph over the PSL on open highways all the time) he is a hypocrite for owning a radar detector and writing people tickets for doing the same thing he does. Notice how Fritter doesn't own a Radar Detector and doesn't speed.

That is why I could never be a cop. I don't understand people that write tickets or arrest people for doing things that don't harm other people.

If you want to drive 100 mph...knock yourself out if you are a skilled driver and there aren't a lot of cars around. If you want to do drugs, knock yourself out if you are sitting at home or want to go party in a club. Just be sure you don't feed drugs to people under 18 or drive while really fuc** up.

I just don't see the use of cops unless they are investigating a murder, rape, theft, or something real.

Traffic cops should just look for erratic driving (like drinking), left lane hogs, and blatant red light and stop sign runners. I mean blowing through a red light or stop sign, not a rolling stop and right turn.
