Yeah alright I'll admit I was harsh when I called him an asshole...(sorry it was hot as hell in Baltimore last night and the AC unit doesn't work) but I won't say I was harsh when calling him a hypocrite. I was quick to judge...I don't know the guy maybe hes a nice guy but still it just aggravates the hell out of myself and I'm sure others when we read about people on here with countermeasures who want to then become a traffic cop and write people for the same thing they get away with all the time. If he were to become a detective or something I wouldn't care...but traffic cop...common now totally whack. You are a traffic cop but stated you don't speed or use a detector. That's fine by me. But if you were to come on here and tell us you have a jammer and a V1 I would be pissed to hear about you issuing people tickets all the time.

My bad for calling you an asshole blackgto06. I still hope you reconsider becoming a traffic cop for everyone sake around here.

If i was a LEO I don't think I could write speeding tickets with a clear conscience.

I could however write every LLH a ticket for obstructing the flow of traffic and feel no sympathy at all. To me these people are a lot more dangerous in traffic than people who speed.

When I ride with him I never see him exceed 15 mph over the PSL. He says that he doesn't speed anymore than that. All I can do is take his word for it.

Sneaky tactics... for Pete's sake, the man publicly posts when and where he will be in a given location doing speed enforcement and sometimes his equipment in use...

Well, I guess he is helping others that are from the area were he patrols although that doesn't help me. I want to know how LEOs think, and what they are taught when they go through traffic enforcement training. I want to know if he uses Q/T? This is what I mean by sneaky tactics.

It would be very hard to not get caught speeding while laser is being used, unless a jammer is being used. So to me it would be common sense that he catches those speeders and it wouldn't matter what brand radar detector got caught. Now if he was posting detailed info on how he caught speeders while using radar then I would be paying attention.

So you want to be a LEO to give everyone citations for speeding? Nice...after you have been using a detector and other tactics trying to avoid them and now you're going to "bag" people. I would be the exact same. I could not write anyone a speeding ticket either without feeling like I was wronging them when I do it myself also but idiots blocking the passing lane that refuse to let people pass would feel my wrath. I would make it my business to find something like a bald tyre or a non working headlamp etc, just to stick it to them further.
