hey alpine question for you, once I get the IR absorbing film would you be interested to do a few tests on it with me, See as you have two laser guns? I don't know how much film I am getting (seeing as I asked for samples) but if it's a decent amount we can do some testing with real guns and see how it really performs. We could meet in Harrison, Mi seeing as it's about half way from both of us. What do you think?

That should be quite doable i would think i'll bring both gun's do you have my number if not pm me.

yeah there is plenty of good places around here, we got Mitchell's Fish Mart(more upscale), Fresh Fish (in the ghetto, but good), Hershey's steak and seafood (kind of like Ponderosa but for fish), and many more.

There ya go GTO lol... I guess we got our answer I didn't figure finding fish in the Great Lakes state should be too hard hehe :D:D..

Languy, can you send me the name of the roads around the Lansing area you mentioned to me where we could do some testing? Something about a 4-6 mile long straight stretch. Would there be a place where we could stand and do testing on that road? How about places to turn around on that road? Please let me know as I need to drive to Lansing and see this road soon.:)

Well, there is chandler road north of East Lansing, it's about 7 miles long with only one hill, when you go over the highway, at the top right before the curve there is a dirt road with an entrance to a park.

If you are willing to drive a little, there is East Johnstone Road south of Oakley that has a park at the end of it and is straight for 4 miles.

It's kind of hard trying to find a road that is not really patrolled by cops, if you use chandler road, we would have to stay on the north side because East Lansing patrols the south side.

Leo's do and don't concern me... It would be best if they didn't get involved honestly. Because if they choose to be a jerk, well then all they are going to do is give us trouble. I have yet to meet a nice Leo in michigan. So honestly we are best off if they don't show. Unless ofcourse they are a member of this community, and honestly are an interested party, and by that I mean a party not interested in trying to find a reason to write us all 10,000 dollar fines.

Very valid point Alpine. I don't think any of us want trouble either when it comes to this hobbie. I will have to check out this Chandler rd Languy sometime soon. Who knows, maybe we could meet on Chandler rd sometime. My sister does live in Lansing.:)
