I don't know. I can't hear well enough to understand the audible the alerts.

No sun interference alert when I drove it for a few passes. As soon as the sun went behind the trees it was back to JTFG.

Simply disengaging the SIA Voice Alerts will not change the interfering affects of Sunlight on the LI Sensors.

Yes it still interferes, you just don't get the warning.

A few of us have added the Escort auxilary speaker to the LI. The alerts are now more than loud enough.
