I wonder what the outcome of this was after his arrest.
x2 is there a news story on this?

And goes to show, don't argue with the cop on the side of the road, even after in cuffs and tased he's still worried about the speeding ticket, umm you got bigger issues than that now.
if i remember correctly the guy got let off and the cop got in trouble although he should not be getting out of his vehicle with his hands in his pockets. he did not want to sign the ticket and was trying to show the officer that the 40mph speed limit (as seen in the vid) started at that sign and not where the officer clocked him. all while his pregnant wife and young son were in the car..

but as i said, he should not have been approaching the officer while the officers back was turned and should not have had his hands in his pocket.

I have never used a LEO as a rabbit but i am not afraid to pass a LEO if he is going under the PSL. I have used a fire warden or w/e they're called, to get through traffic. its like following a snow plow. haha

I was driving to school and there was cop from another county doing about 95 so I got behind him and did about 85. The only reason I did that is because he did not have jurisdiction to pull me over but I would never do that with a State Trooper.

State trooper such as State Highway Patrol you would be ok as long as you are not one a state road.

State Police - Never they can go anywhere in the state. Same goes for the police in that state. (however many cities have a policy on where their officers can and can't go/do)
