Best Buy is an authorized dealer right?

They are such idiots there.
They say there is no need for an extended warranty.
Wow, why does the manual say one year.
They then refused to give them an extended warranty. I wonder why.

Why must you profile one person and say the rest are the same????

I certainly do not tell my customers that it has a LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!!
Instead I educate them on the product that they are purchasing so that they can better under stand how “radar detectors” really work.


Also stop lying about them not wanting to sell a extended warranty because that’s BS. They try to shove it down customers throats.

Anyone thats ever worked at Best Buy or even shopped there can tell you that.

I was quoting my relative about the Lifetime Warranty part.
I told him it was one year and to ask about the ESP on it.
They then told him it was not needed it had a lifetime warranty :shock: This also would have been the first time I have heard that no ESP on an item. I always get it force down my throat.
I could have been an FNG.

its kinda funny about the warranty from best buy. i needed a unit pretty quick for an upcoming trip so i stopped in and bought one. normally they would go out of their way to push an extended warranty but not this time. when i asked to buy one they refused me and said they didnt offer one for it. what gives?
