Hello everyone I will be purchasing a radar detector from roy in the next 2 days and was wondering about the 2 year extended warranty.

Is that 2 years in additional to the one year that it comes with? So 3 year warranty total?

Also in your eyes does it seem worth the extra 30 bucks.

i would defintely getit cuz i had a service required message about 14 months after i bought it, but glad that i insisted on getting it. i got mine straight from the escort retail store(only a 30 minute drive from my house). but its well worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
