9500i software update

I talked with one of there techs the other day. There has been no revision change. But there has been 2 software updates. He said a revision is something changed in the hardware maybe a newer/ cheaper part.
He did say the latest software had something to do with the ramp up problem. I said thats great!! Buy then he went to say he does not see thats its any better than before There still working on it.

P,s anyone with just a few week old 9500 that bought from escort Have you seen a better ramp up. Oh ya he did say from unit to unit the ramp up can be a little different. Can this be true??

I believe you have to try it for 30 days and see if the software update helps with some of the problems. I"m waiting to hear from you guys if the problem with ramp up is better. I heard they might of worked on K band range also.

I've had mine for about a month now and don't plan on returning it. I wonder if you can just drive up and get the update. I'll call in the morning and ask, if so I'll knock it out and let ya know.
