Default GOL NEW RD PERFORMANCE TEST!!!

    hi all
while I was checking out the gol website I noticed that thereis a new test. They have used foam to reduce the radar signal to check out which RD is more sensitive.

there will be lots of discussion but IMO it s very good methodology.
Also they tested offaxis performance of RD. also very usefull becouse in real life we do not always recieve radar signal from 0 degree...

I must admit that the best performer is V1 also in this test too...
    sorry I'm a x50 fan...

I think it does job of showing that the REV 5 x50 is an amazing detector. it held it's own against the V1. what surprised me is how BLIND the 9500i is. If I used that every day anywhere in the eastern us I'd be concerned.

I am very disapointed at the 9500i. What really bothers me though is that the new X50's and RX65's are all based the the M4 platform (9500i platform). I would take an S7 based platform any day hence why I still own a 985 S7 and an x50 S7.

There is no question the V1 is better at detection distance but theirs something fishy about the 9500I on a more practical detection distance. I drive on some of the windiest roads in CT/NY with some of the most well trained officers and the 9500I has saved me many times, 1/2mi, 1mi 10 degrees 30 degrees even I/O. I have put an insane amount of mileage on my 9500i's and I have an original 8500, the 9500I's are equal to or better in detection from what I have found. refection?

    I can’t wait to get a V1 with full stealth, I just hope it doesn’t cost $600.

Thanks to GOL for the awesome test...

in "H" mode the speed sensitivity is turned off. or you can just turn off gps filtering / tracking with a flick of one of the many buttons.

9500i in my opinion is just a failure.
