Regular 8500 or X50?

So I think I've narrowed down my choice to either an 8500 or an X50.

It will be mounted on a motorcycle, and will be used almost exclusively out of town, two lane highways and canyon roads. I've seen that the X50 has POP, which the regular 8500 does not have.

I really don't need the GPS function of the 9500, as I don't believe that Idaho currently uses speed cameras. Basicaly should I spring the extra $50 for the x50?

What's the difference? I only see the 8500 X50 listed on the Escort website. Looks to be one in the same.

I thought the x-50 out performed the regular 8500. Whats is the difference in performance?

The X50 is better on K band and is less prone to the service required problem when its an M4.

If the X50 is a S7 will it have the same sensitivity as the 8500 S7. One more question: I am sure that i've asked this before but will these two pick up the IO quick trigger.

No, the S7 8500 performs significantly better than the S7 X50 on 35.5Ka.

One more question: I am sure that i've asked this before but will these two pick up the IO quick trigger.

They perform much better than the current Belscort RDs against quick trigger, but are not quite as good as the V1.

In my experience, they ship pretty fast. Escort got mine right out the door, and FedEx didn't take too long to get it to me with the standard free shipping. I think they beat the estimate from the map on their website.
