Must be a standard practice for Escort to send additional mount & suckers, I had the same when mine was returned.

Did they include a repair report? I'm dying to know if it's a solder fix. I'll bet $20 bucks it doesn't say fixed glitch in any case!
Edit: Doh! I missed the "repaired antenna" remark! Aha......exactly what my report card came back with. Further investigation revealed that several suspect solder joints were identified and repaired inside the antenna. I thing my $20 is safe.

Must be a common problem with the Redline, at least the early batch of 'em.
I wonder if the missed/dropped alerts glitch is also fixed by the solder fix. Of course, there's no way to know if they flashed new firmware while they had it.

Mine is arriving today.
Initial report is poor solder joint in the antenna.
Would have been funny if someone had made a post:
"Sent X50 for repairs, got upgraded to a Redline!"
FWIW, the service required out of the box Redline I mentioned earlier in this thread listed antenna hardware fault as the reason for the SR message.
kpatz,
Glad you finally got your redline back, this kind of makes me nervous with my redline JIC it goes tits up.
You should be fine... it was a UPS goof-up I believe.
But now, get this... my wife called me this morning saying Fedex delivered a package. I couldn't think of what it was, since I haven't ordered anything recently. I got home, and saw it was from Escort... Okay... I open it up, and it's another Redline!
So, even though UPS eventually delivered my repaired one, Escort must have thought it was lost forever, and shipped me another. Interestingly, this one is packaged differently. Instead of being in a retail box, it is in an Escort carry case, with the manual separately, and there's also a leather pouch that has the cord and suckers in it.
So, should I call Escort and tell them I don't need it and send it back (the morally right thing to do), or keep/sell it?

I was going to call them but I think they close at 5:30.
I'll give them a call or chat on Monday. I'm figuring they'll want it back.
I know there's an Escort rep on here, but I don't see him(her?) on here much.
