Another Redline "Service Required"

So I'm on my way to Rhode Island and get the "Service Required" rendering the detector useless. To make matters worse, I left my trusty V1 at home thinking I won't be needing it. It's a build of 1610 and was purchased in April so it's covered after talking to Escort from the hotel room.

It's going to suck driving back to NYC with zero protection against radar. It's really amazing how much you come to depend on your detector and the naked feeling of driving without one. I will never leave home without the V1 again!

You just got the darn thing! WTF is really going on with the Redline these days? I can't help but notice a jump in reports of performance issues!

I haven’t seen any more issues with the RedLine than any other RD, even the V1. But if this is true we should point this out to Escort.

I just got my V1 and already my anxiety level has decreased. It is nice to know where the coppers are.
